Graphic Arts DE Classes

Salem High School Graphic Arts program currently has three classes that are Dual Enrolled with VWCC. Important Note: If students wish to dual enroll any class in Graphic Arts then they must take Advanced Graphic Arts first to receive VWCC credit. Salem classes Photoshop or Illustrator is a prerequisite and must be taken first or teacher approval before enrolling into for Advanced Graphic Arts. Questions... ask Mr. Wallace.

Salem High School + VWCC

Enroll with SHS

All high school teachers who are dual enrollment instructors have been fully credentialed by Virginia Western Community College in compliance with the regulations and criteria established by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.



Requirements

Parent's permission.
Guidance counselor’s and Mr. Wallace's permission to enroll in GA dual enrollment courses.
Complete both PART I and PART II of the online application.
Successfully complete the Virginia Placement Testing (VPT) required for the course before they can be accepted into the dual-enrolled class.


